You can attend the strategic coaching and consulting sessions by yourself, or you’re welcome to include your team members, whatever works best for you.

The sessions are conducted at a mutually convenient time via private online meeting. Once your first session date and time have been booked and the package fee pre-paid, you’ll receive the virtual meeting access link and confirmation of next steps. We can record the sessions for you and provide confidential access to the video file for your review.

Step #1 – Payment

Step #2 – Scheduling

Next, let’s make sure we get your first appointment session pre-booked! We use the online scheduling system of TimeTrade – you can easily self-select a day and time that works best for you. All slots are 90-minutes, unless otherwise arranged. (We don’t mind if you skip ahead to step #2 and take a peek at the calendar first. If you do book your strategy appointment first, we just ask that you circle back and pre-pay using the link in step #1 before we can proceed. Thank you!)

Just FYI: when you make your appointment, our calendaring system will send you a confirmation email and it’s real easy to add to your Google calendar from that email. Otherwise, if you use Outlook or other .ics file calendar system, you’ll see the link in the confirmation page when you make your appointment.

Step #3 – Preparation

We will send instructions for next steps to you via email. We will send you an Intake Form by email for you to fill out prior to your session.Your answers will help maximize your time and results during the initial Social Media Strategy Session. Please note, prior to your first session, we will spend 60-120 minutes reviewing all the answers on your Intake Form, thoroughly reviewing your website, and auditing all your current social channels.
