How To Contact Facebook: A Directory of 120+ Forms
[Last updated: April 2024] If you’ve ever had reason to contact Facebook, chances are you may have felt frustrated at how difficult it is to get any real support. For example, whether you’ve been locked out of your Facebook account, your account got hacked, your Facebook Ad Account got shut down for no good reason, you’ve discovered a bug, or you need a profile of a deceased loved one to be memorialized, then you’ll definitely want to contact Facebook.
However, getting any semblance of a response from a real person at Facebook seems impossible.
HOW exactly do you reach someone at Facebook and how do you actually get a response? I’ve got you covered in this directory that I first started in 2010 and my team and keep updated!
Facebook used to provide a modicum of support via a series of email addresses, e.g. info@facebook.com. However, in an effort to better serve its members and scale the support, the only way to reach Facebook is through a VAST array of custom forms. Thing is, all those forms are scattered throughout the Help Center and you can often go on a complete and utter wild goose chase attempting to find the right one. Grr!
Help is at hand! My team and I scoured Facebook (and Google!) for you and have compiled this helpful directory of Facebook’s contact forms. As we become aware of more, I’ll add to this directory.

Page Name Change
Report That Your Facebook Personal Account or Page was Disabled
Facebook disables both personal Profiles and Pages for violating its Terms of Use. The company can often be rather heavy-handed though – and that’s mostly because it’s all controlled by AI on the first pass. Use one of these forms as appropriate to submit a report:

Hi I was trying to report that someone is using my daughters pictures and making a fake account. Tried to report it but they have my daughter blocked so she cant report it.
I have been trying to find a way to contact one of you about an amount of money that was taken from my bank account wrongfully. Big surprise there doesn’t seem to be any way to get anyone to talk to me about it. I guess you just plan to steal over $100 from people at random. If not, then perhaps you will have the courtesy to contact me about this matter.

My account was hacked and have desperately been trying to get it back. The hacker changed the email and passwords and I am getting no help from Facebook. Is there anything I can do????? I tried using the option of sending 3 friends a password then using this password to access my account but when trying to do this it wont allow me saying i have tried to change my password to often even though I havent! Any help would be appriciated!!!!
i cannot load facebook. when it loads it is blank. i also cannot access anything from pc. but my facebook on my moble blackberry is working
I was blocked from sending friend requests for 14 days. Then, without me doing *anything*, it said I was blocked for 30 days! Why would this be?? I don’t understand. I was only sending messages to people/groups who know me.
why doesnt facebook have a customer service number you can call? I am locked out of my acct. My sister who lives in Texas can access it from her computer but I can’t from my home computer this is crazy!!! I can’t get a hold of facebook to let me in…

Someone (not an employee) has used one of our corporate email accounts (distribution list) to sign up for a Facebook Account. I need to delete that account. Why does facebook not have any “real” email addresses? Web Forms are a pain if you are mobile and roaming.
