When you take the official IHDS LYD workshop, you are learning from the source Human Design material, based on the teachings of its founder, Ra Uru Hu.

It is an honor to teach this foundational course as part of the IHDS faculty. I've been passionately studying the Human Design System since Winter Solstice 2020 and became an IHDS Certified Living Your Design Guide in January 2022. I've audited numerous LYDs worldwide. And also continued on to become an IHDS Certified Professional Human Design Analyst earlier this year.

Human Design is not a 'belief system,' cult, faith, dogma or anything like that. It is, in fact, called an EXPERIMENT. Because you enter your own experiment with the source knowledge, trying it on for yourself on a daily basis and just watch how it impacts your own life! 🌟✨

Human Design has profoundly transformed my personal life, relationships, business, marketing and how I operate in the world.

Now, I’m here to walk with you on your journey.

Over 8 weeks together, starting October 14, 2025, I’ll guide you through the essential principles of Human Design so you can:

Discover the origins of the Human Design System (hint: it's been around since 1987!)
Meet the 4 Human Design Types, how each one operates, what it's like to be each Type, and the existential question each one has:

Understand how the energy of your Type is meant to function best and move optimally through the world.
Learn more about the Strategy of your Human Design Type and how to use it so you can minimize resistance in life, and feel more aligned and in your flow!
Explore the 9 Centers:
- what’s Defined as fixed and reliable in you, and
- what’s Undefined/Open to conditioning (and wisdom)
Tap in to your body's innate wisdom as you learn to trust your own Inner Authority. This is your built-in decision-making compass, unique to your biology!
(NOTE: This one topic alone can completely change your life; it certainly did mine. And as we all experience these constant massive changes on the planet, the more we can reclaim authority over our own lives and decisions, the more empowered we all will be!)
Recognize your True Self vs. Not-Self patterns and begin (or continue) your first 7-year deconditioning cycle toward greater freedom, authenticity, and alignment.

On a personal note, although I had my first Human Design Foundation Reading around 2003, it wasn't until Winter Solstice 2020 that this profound body of work came bounding back into my life. I've passionately studied the Human Design System now in my fifth year.

After my LYD Guide Certification in 2022, I continued on to also become an IHDS Certified Professional Human Design Analyst in 2025. Plus, I completed the Differentiation Degree Program with Dr. Andrea Reikl-Wolf earlier this year and am now working on my thesis.

But it all starts with the LIVING YOUR DESIGN Awakening Experience Workshop. Week #2 (Oct 21) - AUTHORITY: Meet your inner/personal authority, your own compass of how you’re genetically wired to make correct decisions, and how to follow your own guidance
Week #3 (Oct 28) - TYPES: the Strategy & Signature of Sacral-Energy Beings (Generators, Manifesting Generators) + Non-Sacral Beings (Manifestors, Projectors, Reflectors). [Hint: 2/3 of the world are Generators/Manifesting Generators!]
Week #4 (Nov 4) - CENTERS: Pressure Centers (Root & Head) + Identity and Manifestation Centers (G, Throat). How each functions in your BodyGraph whether Defined (colored in) or not.
